- Order Cancellations: Free within 1-2 days of purchase, if the order hasn’t shipped (custom orders excluded).
- Returns: Accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused, unopened items. A 15% restocking fee and return shipping costs apply.
- Custom Orders: Non-refundable and cannot be canceled once placed.
- Damaged Items: Report damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos for insurance claims.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations (Before Shipment) You can cancel your order free of charge within 1-2 days after it is placed, provided the order hasn’t been shipped yet. For cancellations, email us at info@primeguardcore.com. We respond to all inquiries within 12 hours.
Custom Orders: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once production begins. If you are unsure whether your order is custom or made-to-order, please contact us for clarification.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for unused, unopened items.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned.
- Refunds: Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may not be issued if the returned items are not in their original condition (unopened and unused).
Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

Damages Upon receiving your order, inspect the package for any damage. If damage is noted:
- Document it when signing for delivery.
- Take photos of the damaged product, packaging, and SKU.
- Email the photos and a description to info@primeguardcore.com within 24 hours of delivery.
We will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible.
Shipping & Delays We strive to deliver orders promptly. Shipping times are based on supplier and freight carrier estimates but may be affected by external factors such as supply chain delays or high demand.

- You will inspect your package upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.

- Shipping delays caused by manufacturers or logistics do not warrant order cancellations or chargebacks.
Warranty Information Warranties vary by manufacturer. Refer to individual product pages for details. Warranty claims for damaged products must be made within 30 days of receipt. Damage due to regular use is not covered under warranty.
