I was skeptical about buying this because of some of the bad reviews but I took a chance and I must say this safe came in perfect condition, nicer then I expected, pretty heavy (needed two people to lift it up the stairs) and setting up the fingerprint was a breeze. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend this safe to others. Don't overthink just buy this! My old safe needed both a key and combination which was very annoying, what a luxury now, it is so easy to just unlock with a fingerprint and get in quick. I love it.

It took three tries to get this delivered without a damaged corner. The packaging improved with each shipment where by the third try, extra protection was added to the edges that kept safe ok.Able to program and use fingerprint with ease. Looks good.
I like the safe, but I don't like the plastic handle to open it. I have another Barska safe, a little bigger. It's not fire rated, and it has a sturdy metal handle. Go figure
I was about to return this safe when I finally figured out why things weren’t working. Make sure you have 4 strongly charged batteries, or it will seem like it is broken by beeping but never opening. So far seems just as advertised once I figured that out
