Wife "lost" the owners manual. Customer support responded the same day, AFTER wife "found" owners manual. But their response was polite ans fast. We love the key backup. EMP and all that, ya know.

This safe arrived on time. I like its features. The safe arrived with one missing plastic shelf holder. I have already emailed the company twice concerning this missing item but had no response. They have no phone contact number to contact.
